Customer Service:

I’ve reviewed Casimba Casino once before. I was excited to do it again. Do you want to know why?

Because they do a solid job in all the areas players care about, such as games, banking options, promotions, support, and so on.

For casinos like this, I’ll take any excuse I can to dig in and check them out…and to spend some quality time playing their games, of course.

The ultimate goal is to make sure that the information we have is current, and hopefully, that they haven’t changed for the worse since we last reviewed them.

Here’s a little spoiler for you:

You have nothing to worry about here. They haven’t changed a bit. Casimba is just as solid a casino as the last time I reviewed them.

About Casimba Casino

Casimba Casino launched in 2017, which means they’re a brand-new casino. This often sends players running for the hills, due to the risks of playing at a new casino. In this case, your running shoes are unnecessary.

I’ve reviewed Casimba once before. I’ve also reviewed some of their sister casinos, which include Spinland Casino, Miami Dice, and Casiland Casino. Each has positive reviews and ratings, on our site and across the web.

Casimba also has their gaming licenses through the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) and the Malta Gambling Authority (MGA). Both are strict gaming regulators.

I point these things out to show you why you don’t need to worry about Casimba being new. They seem to be a safe and stable casino. Consider giving them the benefit of the doubt instead. They have a few things going for them that I think you’ll like.

I’ll show you what those things are in just a minute.

Even if your country is on/off this list, I still recommend you read their terms and conditions. You never know when things might change, when a country might be added to or removed from this list.

There are also many software developers that’re prohibited from certain countries. This can impact your experience here. You’ll find a list of these developers in their terms and conditions, too.

Software Suppliers

A casino is only as good as the software developers it works with. Through that lens, Casimba is a darn-good casino since they work with more than 20 software providers.

Here are all the software developers they work with.

  • Foxium
  • Edict (Merkur Gaming)
  • Probability
  • Stakelogic
  • Ezugi
  • Multicommerce Studio
  • Thunderkick
  • Lightning Box
  • 2 By 2 Gaming
  • Elk Studios
  • Big Time Gaming

  • Blueprint Gaming

This is good news for you because you’re going to have more than 500 casino games at your fingertips. That includes slot and video poker machines, table and card games, and live dealer games. I’ll show you some specific examples of games you can play after the following two sections.

Pros and Cons

PROS

  • $6,500 Welcome Bonus
  • 20+ Software Suppliers
  • Responsive Email Support

Cons

  • $250,000 Win Limit
  • Small Video Poker Section

$6,500 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors can claim up to $6,500 in bonus money over three deposits. It’s great that you can claim this over 3 deposits because it gives you the chance to claim as much as possible. That might not be doable had Casimba made this a one-time deposit bonus for $6,500.

This offer also comes with 125 free spins and has a super-reasonable 35x playthrough.

20+ Software Suppliers

Casimba works with more than 20 top-notch software developers. The end result is more than 500 games that you’ll be able to play. You’ll get to play video poker and slot machines, live dealer games, scratch tickets, and card games.

Responsive Email Support

I’ve had to email Casimba three times with questions. They did a great job responding to my emails quickly, and for 2 out of 3 emails, they did a good job of answering my questions.

$250,000 Win Limit

If you read their terms and conditions, you’ll see that they have a clause saying that the maximum amount they will pay out on a win (other than a progressive jackpot) is $250,000. That means that, even if a machine says you won $300,000, the most you will collect is $250,000.

I don’t agree with this. If a machine is capable of triggering a win worth $300,000, you should be able to collect $300,000.

Small Video Poker Section

Most of Casimba’s game sections are robust and full of unique games to play. The exception is their video poker section. There are only a handful of games to choose from. This is disappointing considering all the software developers they work with.

Game Selection

I was impressed overall with Casimba’s casino.

They have a massive library of 500+ games. It doesn’t matter if you prefer blackjack, roulette, or a specific kind of slots, you should have little problem finding it here.

They’re not perfect. I found one section that needs some TLC, as well as a few small things Casimba can do to improve.

I’ll talk about both the good and the bad that I found as we go through each of the following 5 game sections.

Video Poker

Casimba lists a few of their video poker games in their table game section. However, you’ll find the majority under the poker heading.

These are the games I found.

  • Aces & Eights Poker
  • All American Double Up
  • Deuces Wild Double Up
  • Jacks or Better Poker
  • Joker Wild
  • Jacks or Better Double Up

Yup, that’s it.

Granted, it’s possible they have more games available to players in different countries. I kind of doubt it, though, as I reviewed their casino from both Canada and the United Kingdom and this is all I found. The games I saw included those from Microgaming, a developer that has created more than a dozen poker games by themselves.

What I’m getting at is that if Casimba had more video poker games, there’s a good chance I’d have seen them.

This is easily the weakest section in their casino.

On the bright side, the games I reviewed had nice graphics. Many video poker machines, like those from IGT, look like the outdated machines you’ll find in a brick-and-mortar casino. The machines I played looked better than those.

As far as stakes go, you’ll be able to bet as little as $0.10 to as much as $50 per round.

That’s pretty much it. If you’re a video poker fanatic, chances are this casino won’t be a good fit for you. If you’re anything like me, someone who likes to play the occasional hand of Jacks or Better, then you might be able to satisfy your urge here.

Table Games

Casimba’s table games are split up into 3 categories on their website – table, blackjack, and roulette. Here is a list of all the games you’ll find in these sections, minus their live dealer games. We’ll cover those in the section after next.

  • European Roulette
  • Classic Blackjack
  • American Roulette
  • French Roulette
  • Roulette
  • Roulette Master
  • Double Exposure Blackjack
  • Single Deck Blackjack
  • Pontoon
  • Oasis Poker
  • Casino Hold’em Poker
  • Baccarat
  • Common Draw Blackjack
  • Odd One In
  • Red Dog
  • Sharp Shooter
  • Punto Banco
  • TXS Hold’em
  • Six Shooter
  • Atlantic City Blackjack

This list sums up all the unique card and table games you’ll find here. There are more than 50 games combined, which means more than half of this section is made up of duplicates and variants.

This is okay. They have a decent variety of games outside of blackjack and roulette, which many casinos struggle with. This makes the imbalance of unique games to duplicate games a little more tolerable.

As far as variants go, you’ll be able to play low- and high-stakes games, and Microgaming’s Gold Series and Professional Series games. These latter variants are just high-quality versions of their regular games.

Most of the tables I checked out offered table stakes of $1 to $500. I didn’t check every game out, though. Considering the (high limit) variants, there’s a good chance you can find tables with limits higher than that.

Overall, while there are some games missing (Pai Gow Poker or Caribbean Stud, for example), this table game section is a solid effort from Casimba.

Slots

When you know all the software providers Casimba works with, it’s hard not to get excited about their slots section. There are just so many slot machines you can play here.

Here are just a few examples of the slot machines you’ll find.

  • The Only Way Is Essex
  • Pharaoh
  • Raging Rhino
  • Rainbow Riches
  • Funky Chicken
  • Ninja Monkey
  • Alice Cooper
  • Rampage Riches
  • Wonder Hounds
  • The Falcon Huntress
  • Mild Rockers
  • Lucky Little Gods
  • Universal Monsters
  • Not Enough Kittens
  • Wacky Panda
  • Platinum Pyramid
  • Planet of the Apes
  • The Jungle II
  • Joker’s Cap
  • Titans of the Sun
  • The Last Riches of Amazon
  • Goldwyn’s Fairies
  • Hong Kong Tower
  • Cool Buck
  • Game of Thrones
  • And more!

This list doesn’t do their slots library justice. You’ll be able to choose from all sorts of themes and slot types, ranging from slots about sports to slots with bonus rounds and cascading wilds.

It’s all there.

The limits you can play for will vary a lot. You’ll have no problem playing for $0.01 per line. On the high end, I found a couple machines that let you play for $100 and another that lets you bet as much as $300. I only checked 3 machines out of hundreds, though. Do a little digging, and you can probably find a machine that lets you bet more than that.

One of the things that gets me the most excited are their progressive slots. If you go into their jackpots section, you’ll see all the machines that offer a jackpot. That includes the popular Mega Moolah, Major Millions, and Cash Splash, amongst several others.

There are several jackpots in the 6-figure range and even a few that are in the 7-figure range. In fact, Mega Moolah just recently paid out a 7-figure sum at the start of 2018.

If I had to complain, it’d be about the lack of filters they offer to help you sort through their games. There’s just too many slot machines here to weed through on your own. For that reason, I highly recommend you favorite the games you like to play. That way you can find them faster in the future.

That’s my only complaint, though.

The truth is, I can probably write a couple thousand words about their slots section alone. They have a huge variety of slot machines that will keep you busy for hours.

You’ll have to check it out for yourself to truly appreciate all your options here.

Live Casino

Casimba’s live dealer casino offers games from Evolution Gaming and NetEnt. They are two of the best live casino developers in the gaming industry.

Here are some of the games you can play here.

  • Dream Catcher
  • Live Roulette
  • Ultimate Texas Hold’em
  • Live Blackjack
  • Caribbean Stud Poker
  • Casino Hold’em
  • VIP Roulette
  • Automatic Roulette
  • Common Draw Blackjack
  • Three Card Poker
  • Rocket Roulette
  • Immersive Roulette
  • American Roulette
  • Double Ball Roulette
  • London Roulette
  • Baccarat
  • Speed Baccarat
  • No Commission Baccarat
  • Baccarat Squeeze

Here’s a pro tip for you. If you want to see more games than what’s listed in their live casino lobby, click on a game and you’ll land on the lobby for that specific software developer. You’ll find all the live games you can play there, as well as the stakes you can play each one for.

I can give you the 30,000-foot-view, though.

The stakes you can play for will vary from $0.50 to $10,000 for table games and $0.10 to $75,000 for roulette. It’ll depend on the software developer and variant you play.

As for variants, you’ll get to choose between men and women dealers, as well as country-specific tables, VIP tables, and Pro tables.

Then there are the features. You’ll be able to do things like switch the camera view, turn on/off the chat, zoom in/out, and more. You can even play more than one game at a time.

I checked out a few of their games while I was here. I was impressed with how the roulette game’s camera moves around like a TV show. They do a close up when the dealer’s talking, then zoom back out after the bets have been made. Then it shows a close up of the wheel while it’s spinning.

It’s just a high-quality production, making Casimba Casino a solid choice for your live casino needs.

Other Games

Casimba Casino has an other game section, found under the Scratch & Fun heading. It’s nothing to brag about, though. These are the games you can play.

  • Pots o Luck
  • Irish Eyes Scratch
  • Snake Charmer Scratch
  • Virtual Champs League
  • Virtual World Cup

I don’t recommend you sign up just for their scratch tickets. Join because you’re interested in something else, and then play their scratch tickets if any of them catches your eye.

Promotions

In the following sections, I’m going to show you the offers you can claim from Casimba Casino.

They’re one of the first casinos I’ve reviewed in months that have a welcome bonus this large. Even cooler yet, you can claim it over several deposits instead of all at once.

I’m going to explain how this bonus works in the next section. After that, I’ll show you the other offers you can claim here.

Welcome Bonus

Join Casimba today, and you’ll be eligible for their $6,500 welcome bonus. All you have to do is make a deposit of $20 or more.

What’s neat about this offer is that you can claim it over your first 3 deposits instead of all at once. Here’s what that looks like:

  • 1st Deposit – Receive a 200% match bonus up to $5,000
  • 2nd Deposit – Receive a 50% match bonus up to $1,000
  • 3rd Deposit – Receive a 75% match bonus up to $500

You’ll also receive 125 free spins over your first 3 deposits that you can use on any NetEnt slot machine. Casimba gives you 500 loyalty points on your first deposit, too.

This is a neat offer. Even better yet, the playthrough is only 35x. This is awesome compared to the playthrough on other casinos’ welcome offers.

Loyalty Rewards

Casimba has a loyalty rewards program.

You’ll receive 1 point for every $10 you spend. For every 1,000 points you accumulate, you’ll be able to exchange them for $5 in bonus money. The bonus money has a 35x playthrough before you can cash out your winnings.

Luxury Holiday

Every $10 deposit you make will earn you 1 Casimba Point. Earn 1,000 points in a month, and your name will be entered into their monthly drawing for a dream holiday trip to Thailand. The trip is for 7 nights and includes your accommodations and flights worth up to $20,000.

They also offer $15,000 cash, if you don’t want to take the vacation. However, management must approve it first.

Banking

Casimba offers several banking options you can use for deposits and withdrawals. I’ll show you what those are once I tell you about their limits and fees.

For deposits, I spoke with Casimba, and they said that you can set your own deposit limits. This gives me the impression that they don’t have deposit limits. This is especially good news for high rollers.

As for cash-outs, the minimum is $30, and their weekly cash-out limit is $5,000. Unfortunately, they have limits on big wins, too. If you win more than $100,000, they say they reserve the right to pay you your balance in as many as 10 installments.

The good news is that this doesn’t apply to progressive jackpots. You’ll need to wait up to 30 days for verification. After that, you’ll be able to withdraw your winnings in full.

You should expect cash-outs to take 1-7 days, depending on the option you use. All cash-outs will be made to the banking method you used to fund your account (if available).

Deposit Methods

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • SEPA Bank Transfer
  • Neteller
  • Skrill
  • Paysafecard
  • Maestro

Withdrawal Methods

  • Bank Wire Transfer
  • MasterCard
  • Neteller
  • Paysafecard
  • Visa
  • Skrill

VIP Program

Casimba has a multi-level VIP program. There are four tiers, which include Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite. The Elite status is by invitation only.

Some of the perks include:

  • Birthday gifts
  • Free tourney entries
  • 24/7 support
  • Bonus upgrade ($100-$1,000+)
  • Personal account manager
  • Higher weekly cash-out limits
  • Exclusive promotions and junkets
  • Custom cash-back offers

Unlike most casinos I’ve reviewed recently, it’s great to see a casino cater to both regular and high-limit players. Too many casinos have exclusive VIP programs for high rollers. It’s great to see Casimba buck that trend.

Customer Service

You can contact Casimba Casino using one of these options:

I’ve had to email Casimba three times with questions about their banking options, games, and VIP program.

I received a fast response to each of my emails. My only complaint is that they asked for more (player account) information when I asked about their VIP program. I’m sure they just wanted to see if I was a member. However, I don’t think that was necessary because it was a basic question about the program that should’ve been covered on their VIP page.

That said, I still give their support two virtual high-fives.

Would I Play at Casimba Casino?

Yeah, I’d play here.

What excites me the most are all the software developers they work with. This means you win in terms of quantity, quality, and variety of games.

The biggest thing they struggle with game-wise is their video poker section. If you’re a video poker player, this casino isn’t a good fit for you. Everyone else will be plenty happy here, in my humble yet accurate opinion.

Other than that, they have a large deposit bonus, a cash-back program, and a VIP program available to everyone. This definitely appeals to someone like me, as I’d want to take every chance I could to get money back from the casino. It helps to offset my losses.

The bottom line – I can’t think of a good reason why I wouldn’t play at Casimba Casino.
