Have you ever read an online casino review and thought “Man, this couldn’t possibly be any more cheesy and overly positive. There’s no way this writer is telling the whole story?” Well, that’s not what’s going to happen today.

As with all of my online casino reviews, this one is going to be in-depth, comprehensive, and give an accurate picture of what’s offered at Twin Casino, including both the good and the bad.

If you’re familiar with how I usually write reviews, then you probably have a good idea of what to expect. For first time readers, I’ll take a look at the games in terms of both quality and variety, the bonuses and promotions, the customer service, banking methods, and just about every other element of the player experience.

On first impressions, I can tell this site is going to offer a good range of games for every type of player, and I’m looking forward to finding out exactly what titles are available and from which software providers. I can also tell from visiting on my iOS device that this has been designed with mobile players in mind, which is a huge positive.

I’ll get into a lot more detail than that, of course. Now let’s take a look at each of these elements section by section. Ready? Well then, let’s get into it!

Twin Casino is a pretty new addition to the online casino world, having just gone live in mid-2017.

The design of the site itself is pretty slick, with a bold, dark background and lots of colorful thumbnails showcasing the games. I like that it’s not cluttered, with just enough on the menu at the top to get you where you need to go without confusion.

It’s obvious right from the get-go that the majority of games are slots. That’s pretty much to be expected and is the case at most online casinos. There are literally hundreds of titles to choose from.

There’s also a live casino which looks to be pretty full-on. All the major card and table games are available, with a few poker games thrown in for good measure.

As far as bonuses and promotions are concerned, there’s definitely a welcome bonus for new players. I’ll dig deeper on this in the bonuses section below, and hopefully, there’s more than just the initial incentive to sign up.

On first impressions, this casino is impressive. It looks world-class, but I guess we’ll see if the services deliver as this review unfolds.

Who Can Play at Twin Casino?

Twin Casino does restrict players from certain countries. If you’re from the USA, UK, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Philippines, Romania, Russia, South Africa, or Spain, you won’t be able to play at this casino.

Of course, if you’re country isn’t mentioned above, but gambling is illegal there, you won’t be able to register at Twin Casino either.

Software Suppliers

The games are provided by NetEnt, Microgaming, Play n’ Go, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Pragmatic Play, and Genni.

These are all highly respected companies with a long history in the industry. You can be sure the games are both high-quality and legit.

The Good Stuff

There are Stacks of Quality Games

Green Thumbs Up

No matter what sort of casino games you like, this casino will serve you well. It’s got a superior live casino and as many slots as you could possibly want to play. I really do view this as a ‘complete’ selection of games.

The Customer Service is Fast & Reliable

While it would be great if there was a telephone hotline, the customer service through live chat and e-mail is excellent. Responses are fast, the operators actually seem like they want to help, and I didn’t experience any delays or long waits.

The Casino is Super Safe and Secure

This casino has two valid gaming licences – one from Malta, and one from Curacao. That’s two sets of eyes on the operators and two sets of regulators to deal with. This tells me that everything is above board.

It’s also reassuring to see this site is run on a secure, SSL encrypted connection.

It Works Great on Mobile Devices

I visited this casino on both my iOS desktop device and my Android mobile. It is perfectly optimized for both, and there’s no download required for mobile players. The mobile site has a green ‘login’ button in the bottom right, and all you have to do is click that and enter your details to play.

The Bad Stuff

There are Some Fixed Withdrawal Fees

Red Thumbs Down

While there are plenty of ways to get your money out (unlike at some other casinos), a flat fee of €2.50 will apply. That’s a small amount, but if you’re one of those players who tends to deposit and withdraw a lot it could add up.

There are No Sports Betting or Poker Services

This is purely an online casino. That might suit you fine, but I know some players like to have an ‘all-in-one’ site with sports betting and poker tournaments. It really depends on you whether or not this is a deal breaker.

Game Selection

Twin Casino has a great mix of games. From digital card games to video slots, to live casino games, you’ll find most of what you’re looking for here.

In the rest of this section, I’m going to break down exactly what games are on offer according to category.

Poker

Twin Casino doesn’t have a poker client for download, but there are several casino poker games which you can play against the house. These include:

  • Caribbean Stud
  • Casino Hold ‘Em
  • Cyberstud
  • Red Dog
  • Three card poker
  • Texas hold ‘em
  • Triple Pocket hold ‘em

I played several of these and can say they load quickly (under 20 seconds) and the game quality was good. There were no jumps, breaks, or freezes.

Video Poker

There’s a pretty decent selection of video poker games, although it’s by no means the biggest I have ever seen. Titles include:

  • Deuces Wild
  • Aces & Eights
  • Aces & Faces
  • Joker Poker
  • Bonus Deuces Wild
  • Bonus Poker Deluxe
  • Louisiana Double
  • Tens or Better
  • Jacks or Better

You can play the video poker games in demo mode for yourself if you want to get a feel for the quality. They’re pretty standard Microgaming titles, just like you would find at hundreds of other casinos on the web.

Table Games

Plenty of the popular casino card and table games can be found in the virtual casino. These include:

  • European roulette
  • French roulette
  • American roulette
  • Multi-wheel roulette
  • Atlantic City blackjack
  • Premium Multi-hand BJ
  • Gold Series blackjack
  • Common Draw blackjack
  • Spanish blackjack
  • Vegas Strip blackjack
  • Super Fun 21
  • Vegas craps
  • Baccarat

It’s possible to play some, but not all, of these digital table games. Again, they’re all pretty standard fare. There’s nothing outstanding or different about them, but there are no major problems to report either. In my view, that’s how it should be.

There are a couple of nice features built into these games. These include the ability to see the most recent wins by clicking the little crown symbol, and the ability to list the game as a favorite by clicking the heart symbol.

Slots

Is a casino even a casino without a large library of video slots? I don’t know, but I know that doesn’t concern Twin Casino. There are 391 titles listed under the slots tab on the main menu. These include everything from classic slots to progressive jackpot games.

Some of the best slots available include:

  • Hugo 2
  • Twin Spin
  • Gonzo’s Quest
  • Starburst
  • Immortal Romance
  • Grim Muerto
  • Guns n’ Roses
  • Irish Eyes
  • Dead or Alive
  • Fire Joker
  • Mega Moolah
  • Bloodsuckers II
  • Planet of the Apes
  • Spinions Beach Party
  • Game of Thrones
  • Playboy
  • Jurassic World
  • Major Millions
  • Lost Vegas
  • Vikings Go Wild
  • Jimi Hendrix
  • Jackhammer II
  • Flowers
  • Motorhead

There are many more slots, of course. This is just a quick list of some of the best of them.

I really like that you can play the Twin Casino slots in demo mode. Lots of other casinos don’t offer this option. It’s a great way to check out a potential game before playing for real money.

Live Casino

There’s a fantastic live casino with the following games on offer:

  • Baccarat
  • Blackjack
  • Caribbean Stud
  • Dream Catcher
  • Three Card Poker
  • Texas Hold ‘Em

Unlike with the digital games, you can only play these in real money mode. They’re all excellent in terms of quality. The dealers are happy to interact while maintaining the professionalism of the game.

I have a thing for roulette myself and if you fit that bill you’ll be pretty happy with the range of games available. Both single and double zero, Immersive, VIP, Double Ball, Speed, and Dragonara variants are all offered.

Promotions

I ideally like to see at least a few bonuses and promotions at any online casino I visit. There should be one for new players, and preferably some ongoing ones for players who decide to stick around.

Of course, quality trumps quantity every time. It’s much more important that the bonuses are fair and transparent than numerous. A few great bonuses beat lots of half-baked ones every time.

Here’s a quick rundown of the Twin bonuses and promotions:

Welcome Bonus

As a new player, you’ll be entitled to two 100% deposit matches up to the value of €100. If you deposit at least €50 you can also claim 50 free spins on each deposit, for 100 spins total.

The bonus cash comes with x40 wagering requirements and there’s a minimum deposit of €20. These are a little higher than average. Anything you win by using the free spins comes with x35 wagering requirements.

This is a pretty decent welcome bonus, overall. It’s neither the biggest nor the smallest I have ever come across, but I’d take it for sure.

Black Monday

If you like live dealer blackjack, then this one will likely appeal to you, so pay attention.

Each Monday you can claim 25 free spins on Gonzo’s Quest slot when you make a real money wager on live blackjack from Evolution Gaming.

You will get your free spins the following day, and this bonus seems to be an ongoing thing. Twin urges you to claim it every Monday, so I assume it’s not going away anytime soon.

Remember that x35 wagering requirements apply to all the wins you gain from free spins at Twin Casino.

€1,000 Weekly Raffle

Each weekend you can collect raffle tickets for playing live American roulette by Evolution Gaming in the Twin live casino.

Winning bets between Friday and Sunday get you one ticket each, whereas winning bets on 00, 11, 22, or 33 (twin numbers) will get you two tickets.

The draw takes place each Monday and the €1,000 in cash is dished out then. Do keep in mind that you can only collect a maximum of 50 tickets per day.

Free Spins

There is a current promotion offering free spins every Monday on Big Bad Wolf slot. This is time limited, but it looks like these are regular occurrences and the customer service team confirmed so.

These offers work the same way the free spins associated with the welcome bonus do. This means you’ll need to deposit €50 and will get 50 free spins in return. These will be subject to the same x35 wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

Overall, this is a decent range of bonuses. It’s good to see plenty on offer for regular players. That tells me this is a casino which continues to care after you have signed up and made a deposit, which is a definite tick in the positive column for Twin casino.

Banking

There’s a pretty decent range of deposit and withdrawal options available. These will serve most European players perfectly well.

I like that there are no fees for depositing from the casino side, although there are some relatively small fees for making withdrawals in some cases. For example, if you withdraw by ecoPayz, Neteller, Skrill, or Credit card, you will pay a flat fee of €2.50.

Most of the withdrawal methods have limits of €5,000 per transaction, but if you withdraw by bank transfer this rises to €10,000. In all cases, the minimum withdrawal is €20.

I really like how transparent Twin Casino is about this, and how easy it was to find this information.

Customer Service

There are a couple of ways to get in touch with the Twin Casino customer service team.

  • E-Mail – There’s a contact form directly on the website. If you prefer, you can send a message directly to [email protected] and you should expect replies within 3-4 hours maximum.
  • Live Chat – This is the best way to get in touch by far. All you have to do is click the little blue icon with the three white dots on it at any time. Replies are basically instant, although it did take me around 45 seconds to get connected the first time. The agent I chatted with was friendly and happy to answer questions.

Would I Play at Twin Casino?

No matter what sort of casino player you are, Twin will offer superior quality games and an excellent overall experience. I really had a good time at this casino and checked it out on both desktop and mobile devices.

In an ideal world, the withdrawal fees could be done away with completely and it would be extra cool if Twin started accepting popular cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. Apart from that, I really can’t find fault with this site.

I’d definitely play at Twin Casino. I’ve seen a lot of casinos in my time, and this is up there with the best of them.
