Welcome to my TigerGaming review. Man, you’re going to be glad you stopped by today!
When I first saw the name TigerGaming, my immediate thought was that a predator might be waiting to bite my head off if I signed up. If you read my reviews regularly, you’ll know that I’m an avid hunter of such beasts, and I have zero tolerance for gambling sites which take advantage of players. When I stumble across such sites, I take them down with a killshot, plain and simple.
So what about this one? Is it a predator ready to maul you as you drink from the watering hole, or is it safe to be around? I’m going to stick my hand out and see if it bites. Keep reading, and if the typing suddenly stops, you’ll know I lost a limb and can start running.
Let’s get started then, shall we?
Is TigerGaming Legit?
Yes, Tigergaming is legit. I know this because:
- It’s been around since 1999. Scam sites don’t last that long.
- It has a Curacao gaming license. OK, this isn’t exactly the gold standard of iGaming licences, but the authorities there don’t tolerate scams, either.
- It has an unusually high player approval rating. People seem to really like this site, and that speaks volumes.
- If you look at the restricted countries list, it’s obvious that this site is concerned with complying with relevant gambling laws. That’s a good sign.
I like to dig deep and find out all I can about gambling sites before giving my hard-earned cash to them. Here’s what I found out about TigerGaming during my research.
|Operator||Thot Management NV|
|Other Sites Owned||N/A|
|Payouts Verified By||N/A|
The fact that this site has been around for so long gives me every confidence that it’s legit. I like that it has regulatory eyes watching it, even if Curacao authorities do let some things slide which I’d prefer they clamp down on. On the whole, though, I can tell that this site is the genuine article and isn’t a scam.
As far as design goes, I literally love it. If you read my reviews regularly, you’ll know I’m not quick to throw praise out for nothing, but it deserves to be said that this site looks cool as heck!
Who Can and Can’t Play at TigerGaming?
This casino does not accept US wagers, period. If you’re from the US, check out some of our recommended US gambling sites instead.
A complete list of restricted countries includes:
- South Africa
- Netherlands Antilles
If you’re disappointed that the doors of this site are closed to you, don’t worry, we have hundreds of other gambling site reviews and many of them will accept you.
The Good Stuff
I’m a positive kind of guy who prefers to look on the bright side of life, so let’s start by focusing on what’s great about TigerGaming.
It Has Insanely Great Bonuses
There are so many new player, daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses available here that you’d never be able to use them all unless gambling was a 24/7 pursuit.
I like to see gambling sites take care of regular players the same way they take care of new ones, and this one certainly does that. Some of the bonuses even have no rollover/playthrough requirements. I suggest checking them out for yourself below.
It Has a Top-Level Sportsbook
The sportsbook here isn’t fancy, and it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles many new ones do, but it does what it’s supposed to and does it well. What does that mean? It means you’ll be able to bet on every major sport you can think of and will be able to play just about every type of bet you could want, including live/in-play bets.
More importantly, everything functions perfectly and is fast and efficient on all devices. That’s what I like to see!
The Site Design Is Fantastic
I love how this site looks, and I also really like how easy it is to navigate and use. I’ve played at more gambling sites than I care to remember, and this is one of the best-looking of the lot. It’s these little things that separate the wheat from the chaff.
The Bad Stuff
Of course, no operator hits a home run in every area, and there are a few areas for improvements, too. I’d like to see:
No Telephone Support
You’ll be able to get in touch 24/7 via live chat and email, but I really like to see operators go the extra mile and offer telephone support, too. The support is good, but the addition of a freephone helpline would take it to great.
48-hour Pending Period
I understand that casinos have to manage cash-flow and that sometimes withdrawal times are down to the banks. However, this one has a 48-hour pending period even on cryptocurrency withdrawals. There’s little doubt in my mind that 24 hours could be shaved off this to deliver an even better player experience.
Whatever casino games you’re into, you’ll be able to play them at TigerGaming. There’s a full range of video slots, table and card games, live dealer games, and speciality games to suit all bankrolls.
In this section, I’ll show you exactly what’s on offer and tell you what I think about it. Let’s start with the software.
This casino is powered by Betsoft. This firm produces some of the highest-quality games in the world, but its name was sadly tarnished in recent times by allegations that its progressive jackpots can’t be won, which lead many top-level operators to remove those games from their sites.
Despite this, Betsoft games are still widely available and remain some of the best in terms of graphics and overall gaming experience. I’m not going to judge the situation because the details of exactly what happened are hard to pin down, but I did think that in the interest of keeping this review honest, I should mention it to you here. Hey – I told you this site gives it to you straight, didn’t I?
If you love spinning the reels in anticipation of that one spin that changes your life, these are some of the best games to play here:
- Mr Vegas
- A Night In Paris
- After Night Falls
- At the Copa
- Good Girl, Bad Girl
- Greedy Goblins
- Gypsy Rose
- Madder Scientist
- Rooks’ Revenge
- Safari Sam
- The Curious Machine
- The True Sheriff
- True Illusions
- Treasure Room
- Genie’s Fortune
- Barbary Coast
- Rock Star
- House of Fun
- And Many More!
- Under the Sea
There’s a whole library of Betsoft video slots available at this casino. This is just a small sample of the total number of games offered, which is well over 100.
Betsoft does produce high-quality slots when it comes to graphics and features, but I do want to mention that not so long ago there were accusations flying around that their progressive jackpots were unwinnable. This lead to some big names in the industry pulling their progressive jackpot slots from their collections. That’s worth keeping in mind before you decide to play here.
I’ve made it clear in almost every review I’ve ever written that I love video poker. If you’re in the same boat, check out these games at this casino:
- Aces & Eights
- All American
- Bonus Poker
- Bonus Poker Deluxe
- Deuces Wild
- Double Bonus Poker
- Double Jackpot Poker
- Jacks or Better
- Joker Poker
- Five Draw Poker
- Split Way Royal
- Tens or Better
- Joker’s Wild
As these are Betsoft titles, for the most part, you can be sure they’re high-quality games with sharp graphics and smooth functionality on all devices.
Bet sizes start at $0.25 per hand and go all the way to $25. Note that you’ll have to create an account and log in to be able to load the games if you want to check them out for yourself.
Digital games are slowly becoming extinct, but TigerGaming still has plenty of them to choose from. Check out the following:
- American Blackjack
- Single Deck Blackjack
- Spanish Blackjack
- Blackjack Switch
- Double Exposure Blackjack
- 21 Burn Blackjack
- Pontoon Blackjack
- Pirate 21 Blackjack
- European Roulette
- American Roulette
- Common Draw Roulette
- Zoom Roulette
- Caribbean Poker
- Pai Gow Poker
- Three-Card Poker
- Pai Gow Poker
- Let It Ride Poker
- Red Dog Poker
- Three Card Rummy
- Ride’Em Poker
- Poker Three
- Many More!
Since these games are once again powered by Betsoft, you can be sure of a smooth, uninterrupted gaming experience and high-quality graphics.
Betting limits start at just $0.10 cents in some variants and go all the way to $500 per hand/spin in some. You’ll be able to see the table limits for each game when you load them.
Who can deny that playing with live dealers is a lot more sociable than going head to head with a heartless computer program? If you want to enjoy the real casino experience from home, check out:
- American Roulette
- European Roulette
- Super 6 Roulette
While the live dealer games are extremely high-quality, please keep in mind that as of now they are not available on mobile devices.
There are different tables to suit your comfort levels when it comes to betting limits. Most games have three ‘bands,’ with low stakes tables allowing bets between $1 and $100, mid-stakes tables allowing bets between $5-$500, and high-stakes tables facilitating bets between $25-$5,000. Please note there are some differences in the bet sizes allowed in different games.
If you want to take a break from the traditional casino games, you can play either keno or bingo for some instant-play fun. You’ll find these games listed under the ‘speciality games’ section in the casino.
My Favorite Find at TigerGaming
Of all the great Betsoft games online, I have a soft spot for Mr Vegas. There’s something about the bright neon lights and the City of Sin theme which triggers the gambler in me to salivate like one of Pavlov’s dogs. I love the graphics, the free spins with double wins, and the bonus wheel. I recommend checking this one out for yourself.
This site has a reputation as somewhat of a poker specialist, and in my initial research about it, I discovered lots of buzz about its poker section.
You’ll see it right there on the main menu, so it isn’t difficult to find. Once you land in the lobby, it’s basic and easy to find your way around. I appreciate this minimalist approach since far too many sites bombard you with banners, popups, and flashing images all over the page. You will see all of the poker promos listed, but they aren’t invasive.
You’ll immediately have the option to either download the poker client or play online. The choice is entirely yours, and there are pros and cons to both approaches.
This site runs on the Chico network, which consists of this site, Sportsbetting.ag, and BetOnline. It’s in the top 15 worldwide, and while it isn’t the biggest or best network, it’s legit and runs fair, high-quality games powered by Connective Games.
As far as game variants go, you’ll be able to enjoy Hold ‘Em, Omaha, and a couple of unique ones like Chinese Poker and Big2.
This site isn’t going to appeal to the semi-pros, but it’s a great place for beginners to dip their toes in the shallow end of the pool. At a few of the tables, I could tell I was playing against people who were on my level, and since I don’t play poker very often, that means there aren’t too many grinders or sharks swimming in these waters.
On the whole, this is a solid poker site. It’s not the best of the best, but I can see why so many people say positive things about it.
You’ll find plenty of action on sports from around the world at TigerGaming. In fact, it’s obvious that sports betting is the main event at this site. Even the theme makes that obvious. You’ll see what I mean when you visit.
You can bet on the following sports at TigerGaming:
- Aussie Rules
- Auto Racing
- Martial Arts
There are no outstanding extra features, but this one has all of the basics. That includes the ability to switch odds between decimal, fractional, and American formats, and a bet slip which automatically calculates your bets and potential returns for you. It’s these little things which count, and while most sportsbooks have these features, they function perfectly here, which is a breath of fresh air.
As far as navigation and user-friendliness goes, I have zero complaints. The menus are well organized, and even a first-timer could find his way around easily. All of the sports are listed on the left-hand side, and the various events happening in those sports will appear if you click the sport itself. The odds are in the middle, and the bet slip is over on the right. There’s a big green button on it which says ‘Place Bet,’ which makes it pretty obvious what you need to do once you’ve made your selections.
As far as using the site on mobiles goes, I visited on my Android mobile phone, and it was a pleasure. The layout is a little different, but all of the same functionality is there. I was glad that I could navigate straight from my browser and wasn’t forced to download an app. In fact, other than in the poker section, I couldn’t find any apps at all.
I like everything about this sportsbook. From the design, which is brilliant, to the user-friendliness and the betting options, it’s been put together by pros who want to give you a world-class experience. Bravo, TigerGaming!
If you’re after live or in-play betting, you’ll be glad to know there’s an entire section of this site dedicated to just that. You’ll find it along the main menu under the tab ‘live betting’ (now there’s a surprise).
The first thing you’ll see is all the current action in the centre of your screen. You can quickly jump in and place bets on this with a few clicks. You’ll also see current and upcoming action on various sports including football, hockey, soccer, and basketball in the left-hand menu.
To give you an example of the kind of bets you can place, I’m going to use soccer as an example, since that’s what was going on at the time of writing this review. You can place bets on outright winner, first-half score, second-half score, total goals scored, and which team will score next.
The live betting section is straightforward and doesn’t have any fancy extras or window dressing. That’s no bad thing, in my view. A few more betting markets would always be a welcome addition at any site, but there’s nothing wrong with what’s on offer here. It’s good enough to satisfy me, and I’ve seen just about every betting site under the sun by now.
The minimum bet you’ll be able to make online is $1, and the minimum you’ll be able to make via the call centre is $25. The maximum bets depend on the sport, and there’s no real detailed information about this on the site. What I can tell you is that the maximum you can win in a 24-hour period is $150,000, so if you’re a high-stakes player out to bring down the house, keep that in mind.
Bonuses and promos are what it’s all about for some players. I don’t know if you’re one of them, but I do know you’ll appreciate at least some of what’s on offer here.
The experience of this operator shines through in this section. There’s something for everyone – sports bettors, casino players, and poker players are all catered to. There’s also a nice mix between bonuses for new players and regular ones to keep you coming back for more.
Sports Betting Welcome Bonus
You can get a 100% deposit match up to $1,000 on your first deposit as a sports bettor.
The minimum deposit is $50, the rollover requirements are 14x, and you’ll need to use the promo code TG1000 when you make your deposit. Deposits via Neteller and Skrill won’t be eligible for this offer.
Risk-Free Sports Bet
If your first sports bet doesn’t come through, you can claim up to $25 back in the form of free play.
You’ll need to bet $25 to be eligible for this offer, and if you lose you’ll need to email the customer support team to claim it back. You’ll have to drop a line to [email protected] and put ‘$25 free sports bet’ in the email subject line.
You can only use your free play in the sportsbook, and it will be subject to 6x rollover requirements.
Casino Welcome Bonus
Many casinos offer a first deposit bonus, but TigerGaming offers three. Yep, you can claim three 100% welcome bonuses up to the value of $1,000.
You’ll need to deposit at least $25 each time, and the playthrough requirements on the bonuses are 40x. Action on baccarat, roulette, and craps won’t count towards playthrough requirements.
100% Poker Welcome Bonus
Poker players aren’t left out here. You can claim a 100% bonus up to the value of $1,000 as long as you deposit at least $50.
Once you’ve done this, email [email protected] and let them know. Make sure you put NEWTG in the email subject line and put your username in the body of the email to claim this bonus.
After that, for every 5,000 comp points you rack up your bonus will be released in $10 increments.
First Depositor Freeroll
When you make your first deposit, you’ll automatically be entered into the first depositor freeroll worth $10,000.
This tournament runs on the 2nd Sunday of every month at 17:00 ET. Your tickets will be issued within 72 hours of the new month. This is a cracking deal, in my opinion, so you won’t want to miss out on it.
Weekly Sit n’ Go Challenge
If you play poker regularly, this one will likely interest you. It’s a weekly Sit n’ Go challenge, and if you finish in one of the top positions on the leaderboard, you’ll win your share of $5,275.
For example, if you finish in the number one spot in the regular Sit n’ Go games, you’ll win $750. That’s not bad for something you would have been doing anyway!
One comp point gets you one point on the leaderboard and prizes are paid out every Wednesday night.
Live Dealer Leaderboards
Much like the poker leaderboard challenge above, this one involves wrestling your way to the top of the table to win cash prizes, except you play live dealer blackjack and roulette instead of poker.
You’ll earn one point for every $10 you wager, and 1st position takes $500 whether it’s blackjack or roulette. Check out the promos tab for more information on what finishing in other positions could get you.
Possibly the best thing about this promotion is that there are no rollover requirements on the prizes.
There are various daily and weekly promotions for casino and poker players. These are the offers which will keep you satisfied for the long run. I suggest checking out:
- Free Chip Madness – You can earn one free $25 chip for every 40 x $25 bets you make on select table games from Monday to Thursday. You can earn up to 50 of these chips per week.
- Weekend Warriors – If you enjoy live casino games, you’ll enjoy this promo. It’s another leaderboard challenge, and the five players with the most hands/spins between Friday and Monday will win $1,000 each. 4x rollover requirements apply.
- Free Spins Frenzy – Every Thursday, you can claim 1 free spin for every 10 x $3 bets you make on selected slot machines. You can claim up to 100 free spins each time.
- Diamond Super 7s – This takes live dealer blackjack to a whole other level. If you place the ‘side bet’ and hit three 7s, you’ll win the progressive jackpot.
- Bad Beat Jackpot – Every time you get beaten with a qualifying four of a king hand (eights or better) you’re in with a chance of unlocking the Bad Beat Jackpot.
If you’re skim reading this review, I’d advise you to slow down and pay attention right about now. This is one of the most important sections of every review, and it’s where you’ll find out the true nature of the gambling site you’re considering.
The first thing to note about this site is the large number of deposit and withdrawal methods available. It accepts payment by e-wallet, credit and debit card, bank transfer, and various cryptocurrencies. I also like how the minimum/maximum deposits are laid out in an easy to reference table, making it easy to understand.
There are no deposit or withdrawal fees listed anywhere on the site. The maximum amount you can withdraw by cryptocurrencies is $10,000, whereas it ranges between $1,000 and $5,000 for other payment methods. Again, all of this can be seen in the table under the ‘cashier’ tab on the main menu.
This is a crypto-friendly casino, although it accepts many more cryptos for deposit than it supports for withdrawal. See the two lists below for exactly which cryptos you can use to make deposits and withdrawals here.
You can expect withdrawals to be processed within 48 hours by most payment methods (including cryptos). However, you’ll have to wait up to 15 business days to get what’s your if you opt for a wire transfer. That’s the good old banking system for you!
- Bitcoin Cash
- Bank Transfer
- Bank Transfer
While there isn’t a formal, structured TigerGaming VIP program, there is a comp points system. You’ll earn these points on every bet you make, and you’ll be able to trade them in for things like bonuses and entry into tournaments.
If you need to reach the TigerGaming customer support team, you can do so via the following means:
E-Mail – Drop a line to [email protected] to get answers to your questions. Expect replies to take up to one business day. This isn’t ideal since it’s the only customer support option available.
Live Chat – You’ll have to be logged in to use this feature, but if you have any questions or concerns you can reach a customer support agent 24/7. I asked a lady named Janice to clear up some points related to the bonus offers, and she was more than happy to do so.
I’d like to see a telephone helpline added in the future. While the customer support is open 24/7, the ability to pick up the phone is something a lot of players still count on.
Would I Play at TigerGaming Casino?
Yes, I would definitely play at this site. I can’t find anything major that I dislike about it, and while there are some areas for improvement, I found just about everything at this site either good or excellent.
I’d think twice about playing in the casino because of the Betsoft debacle, but I wouldn’t hesitate to bet on sports or play poker here. It’s most definitely a legit site, and I’m impressed with what I found here.
Why don’t you check it out for yourself and see what you think?
