I first visited and set up a Spin Station Casino account about six months ago, but it was only recently that I made an actual deposit and decided to play.

After a thorough, in-depth gaming session, I’m now ready to write a Spin Station Casino review which I think fairly represents the facts. Like all casinos, this one has its pros and cons, and that’s what any impartial review should tell you about.

If you read regularly, you’ll know I like to put casinos through the ringer, finding out everything I can about them. I’ll take a look at not only games and bonuses, but the finer details such as the software providers and terms and conditions surrounding any offers.

I almost always begin my reviews with a little “bird’s eye” view of the casino itself. That’s the first section you’ll come across, directly below. I’ll then turn my attention to the pros and cons, game section, promotions section, banking options, and customer service sections in turn.

By the time this review is done, you’ll know everything you need to know to make an informed decision about whether Spin Station Casino is for you.
Let’s begin!

About Spin Station Casino

Spin Station Casinois operated by White Hat Gaming on behalf of Caddell Ltd. Youmight recognize some of their other online casino brands, such as Miami Dice, The Grand Ivy, and Casimba Casino. Spin Station first came online in 2016, making it the latest addition to the Caddell lineup.

The site has a colorful design with all the symbolism of an online casino – red 7s, cherries, diamonds, bars, aces, crowns, and sports cars can all be seen on the front page, along with a colorful grid of thumbnails showcasing the games.

Looking at the selection of games, I could see NetEnt, Microgaming, and Evolution Gaming all have a presence here, along with a few others. It seems that this casino offers all types of games, including video slots, digital table and card games, video poker titles, and live casino games. It’s a pure casino, though, meaning no sports betting or poker tournaments.

The welcome offer is much larger than average, which initially made me a tad skeptical, to be frank. Sometimes offers of this size come with more tricks than a wizard’s sleeve, so I knew I was going to have to dig down into the finer details in the terms and conditions to find out more.

On first impressions, I had a pretty positive feeling about this casino. Let’s see if that turned out to be accurate after I explored each element of the site in further detail.

The Good Stuff

Plenty of Jackpot Slots to Choose From

I like that there are a few “big-name” progressive jackpot slots to choose from. Mega Moolah, Treasure Nile, Major Millions, and Divine Fortune are all worth a few spins minimum.

Competent andHelpful Customer Service

I tested the customer support agent with quite a challenging task, asking them to locate and reset a password on an account I’ve had, but haven’t used in ages. It did take some time, but I expected it would. In the end, the agent rose to the challenge and helped me unlock my account. She was extremely helpful all the way through.

Larger-Than-Average Welcome Bonus

There are few online casinos which offer several grand as a welcome bonus. I expected much higher wagering requirements and some hidden terms, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the welcome offer is more than fair.

The Bad Stuff

No Sports Betting

Sorry, but if you like to place the odd accumulator on the horses or footy while spinning the reels on the weekend, you won’t be able to do so here.

Limited Withdrawal Methods

You can only withdraw by bank transfer. This is slightly annoying, as I prefer the speed and convenience of digital wallets like Neteller and Skrill.

Game Selection

Spin Station Casino definitely has a large number of games on offer as compared to many other casinos I’ve visited recently. I counted 344 slots alone. There are also a few dozen table and card games in the virtual casino, not to mention a further 13 in the live casino.

Naturally, some of these options are different variants of the same base card or table game. Let’s explore each type further, now.

Poker

Spin Station doesn’t have the sort of poker tournament you might initially think of when you think “online poker.” However, it does have various casino poker games. These include:

  • Casino Hold ‘Em
  • Oasis
  • Red Dog
  • Texas Hold ‘Em

You can’t play these games in demo mode. You’ll have to play for real money and must have already registered before you can check the games out.

Video Poker

There are six video poker games in total, which is enough for me and should be enough for most casual players. They include:

  • Aces and Eights
  • All American
  • Deuces Wild
  • Jacks or Better
  • Jacks or Better Double Up
  • Joker Wild Double Up

I’ve seen much bigger selections elsewhere, but the most important thing is quality. These games are all flawless, and I experienced no freezes, jumps, failed bets, or problems. To me, a handful of games like that is better than dozens of second-rate ones. That’s just my two cents, though.

Table Games

Most of the digital table and card games are blackjack and roulette variants, but there are a few other games, including some dice games. These include:

  • Baccarat (low limits)
  • Baccarat (high limits)
  • Classic Blackjack
  • Gold Series Blackjack
  • European Blackjack
  • Atlantic City Blackjack
  • Double Exposure Blackjack
  • Pontoon
  • American Roulette
  • European Roulette
  • French Roulette
  • Sharp Shooter
  • Six Shooter
  • Add One In

As with the poker games, you’ll have to cough up the cash to play these. Demo mode isn’t available, and real money bets are the only way to get access. However, the quality of the games I played is excellent, as you would probably expect from such a packed lineup of top software providers.

Slots

As I mentioned a little earlier, the selection of video slots available at Spin Station Casino is extensive. There are hundreds of games from lots of different software providers. A few of the games I highly recommend having a few spins on include:

  • Immortal Romance
  • Fruit Wrap
  • 300 Shield
  • Foxin’ Wins

  • Jurassic Park
  • Terminator II
  • Bust the Bank
  • Irish Eyes II

  • Medusa
  • Black Lagoon
  • Cash Splash
  • Mega Moolah ISIS

  • James Dean
  • Cherry Blossoms
  • Taco Brothers
  • Thunderfist
  • Mega Moolah
  • Treasure Nile
  • 108 Heroes
  • Beautiful Bones
  • Cool Buck
  • Playboy
  • Break Da Bank
  • Game of Thrones

There are lots of other slots available at Spin Station Casino. I included the games listed above simply because they’re some of the best of the bunch, with enjoyable features and sizable jackpots. You can arrange the list of slots by game provider, alphabetical order, most popular, or the most recent games played. I particularly like the last option as it allows me to pick up where I last left off.

Live Casino

Both NetEnt and Evolution Gaming offer live casino games at Spin Station. Games include:

  • Baccarat
  • Blackjack
  • Caribbean Stud
  • Casino Hold ‘Em
  • Three Card Poker
  • Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em
  • Dream Catcher
  • Roulette

As you might have already guessed considering the providers, the games are of world-class quality.
Dealers seem happy to be there and are happy to have a chat while you play. I actually listened in on a blonde Italian dealer telling a fellow blackjack player about her recent relationship woes, which was quite humorous and definitely livened up the game as a whole.

Other Games

There are a few instant scratch games available at Spin Station Casino. These include:

  • Irish Eyes
  • Snake Charmer
  • Pots of Luck.

You won’t win life-changing money playing these, but you could end up a few grand richer if you get lucky.

Promotions

Spin Station Casino does offer a welcome bonus to new players, but it looks a little thin for the regular players. In this section, I’ll tell you all I was able to find out.

Welcome Bonus

At face value, the welcome bonus offered here is a lot bigger than you might be used to. Up to £/€ 3,000 + 100 free spins on slots is the deal, as advertised. It’s worth noting that this cash is dished out over multiple deposits, as follows:

FIRST DEPOSIT: You can claim 200% up to £/€ 3,000. To be clear, that means if you deposit £/€1,000, you can claim £/€ 2,000 in bonus cash. This comes with 20 free spins on Starburst.
SECOND DEPOSIT: You can claim 50% up to £/€ 500 + 50 free spins on Gonzo’s Quest.
THIRD DEPOSIT: You can claim 75% up to £/€ 500 + 30 free spins on Theme Park: Tickets of Fortune.

A £/€ 20 minimum deposit, x35 wagering requirements, and £/€ 5 maximum bet limits apply with each deposit. Also, be aware that deposits made via Neteller or Skrill aren’t eligible for this bonus. To be honest, my initial skepticism was somewhat lessened after reading the terms and conditions. The wagering requirements aren’t too high, and while the £/€ 5 maximum bet amount might be slightly annoying, it’s fair enough when you consider the risk of giving you such a large sum.

I don’t like that deposits via Neteller and Skrill aren’t included, though. I personally use these methods when possible. While Spin Station Casino isn’t the first casino to exclude them in bonus terms, it still means I had to share my card details when signing up.

Monthly Prize Draw

There’s really not much in the way of regular bonuses and promotions for loyal players. While the customer service team assured me that they will be periodically sent by email, the “promos” tab does seem a little thin without them.

The only regular promotion I could uncover is a monthly prize draw for a brand-new Mercedes-Benz. To participate in the draw, you need to earn at least 1,000 Station Points in a single calendar month. One point is given for every £/€ 10 deposited. So, to have a shot at winning, you will need to deposit at least £/€ 10k in a given month.

This certainly puts the prize draw beyond my means, but perhaps you’re a high-roller. Do be careful, though, because your points will be reset at the end of every month. Honestly, I’d like to see a lot more in terms of bonuses for regular players. The welcome offer is well worth taking, but Spin Station could do with offering weekly free spins, a weekend reload bonus, or something similar.

Banking

There are a few different ways to make a deposit at Spin Station Casino, but only one way to get your money out. There are no extra withdrawal fees hidden in the small print, and everything is pretty transparent.

You will be required to verify your account at some point, though. This will require ID and a utility bill. Since the only valid withdrawal method is bank transfer, you will have to wait 3-5 business days to receive your funds.

Deposit Methods

  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Neteller
  • Skrill
  • Paysafecard
  • Sofort
  • Dotpay
  • Giropay
  • SEPA
  • Bank Transfer

Withdrawal Methods

  • Bank transfer

I wasn’t exactly stoked to find I can’t use Neteller or Skrill to make withdrawals. These are my preferred payment methods, but I guess I’ll have to be patient and wait 3-5 business days to get my cash by bank transfer.

VIP Program

Spin Station Casino has a clear, easy-to-understand VIP program. The benefits of each stage are clearly outlined under the ‘VIP’ tab on the main menu. There are several levels, as follows:

SILVER LEVEL: You’ll get your own priority support agent, a cashback offer with no wagering requirements, a birthday gift of either cash or a real-world present, exclusive VIP offers for this level, and entry into exclusive tournaments at no extra cost.
GOLD LEVEL: You’ll get everything you got at the silver level, but you’ll get faster withdrawals via your preferred payment method, seasonal gifts as well as birthday gifts, and extra bonus offers designed to suit you as an individual.
PLATINUM LEVEL: You’ll get everything you get at gold level, except you also get your own personal email address and number for your dedicated account manager, a high-roller cashback offer with no wagering requirements, higher withdrawal limits, entry into exclusive tournaments for high rollers only, and invitations to real-world holidays and events.
CENTURION LEVEL :Spin Station Casino doesn’t tell you what’s on offer at this level. You’ll have to get there to find out.

The team will email you with an invite when they think you’re ready to either join or move up a level. All you have to do is register, log in, and play. This compares well to what’s on offer at other online casinos. The perks are pretty much on par with any other program I’ve encountered.

Customer Service

The two ways to get in touch with Spin Station Casino are email and live chat.

  • Email – Drop a line to [email protected] if you have a question which doesn’t need to be answered right away. It took me about 6 hours to get what I needed using email. Live chat is much faster.
  • Live Chat – I managed to get connected to an operator called Kim within about 10 seconds of requesting assistance. As soon as I’d verified my account details with her, she was happy to help and helped me reset my password without a fuss. This is definitely the best way to get in touch, and live chat is available around the clock.

While live chat is enough for me, it would be nice to see a telephone hotline, too. There are still lots of old-timers among us who aren’t entirely comfortable with this live chat malarkey, and a telephone helpline would show extra consideration for them.

Would I Play at Spin Station Casino?

I definitely think Spin Station is well worth checking out further, especially if you like slots. The games are all high-quality, the customer service is friendly, helpful, and available, and the welcome bonus is huge. I did mention that this casino could do more for regular players, though, and I stick by that. I’d also like to see a greater number of withdrawal methods in the future.

Spin Station Casino is a decent all-rounder with an exceptional welcome bonus. It’s got enough of everything, to a good enough standard, to make it worthwhile to become a player. Check it out for yourself!
