When a casino ownership group has multiple brands in play at the same time, it makes sense to have each brand be a little different to cater to specific player bases. Sometimes it isn’t easy to be an all-in-one casino seeing as the needs of a Blackjack player are so different than a slots player.

The owners of Slots Capital definitely employ this strategy with their Slots Capital Casino brand. From the look and feel of the website to the software supplier and the types of promotions that they offer, Slots Capital is clearly set up to make slots players as happy as possible when playing their favorite games.

Let’s get to know a little more about Slots Capital, shall we?

About Slots Capital Casino

Slots Capital Casino was launched in 2012, as a new brand under the umbrella of casinos owned by the Deckmedia group of companies. Deckmedia have been in business since 2007, and their stable includes casinos such as Red Stag Casino, Spartan Slots, and Uptown Aces casinos among others. I like to see longevity in an online casino ownership group, and you definitely get that with these folks.

Slots Capital Casino is licensed by the Gaming Authority of Curacao, which as I have explained before, doesn’t exactly have the most stringent requirements for approval. In essence, the Curacao licensing allows for some sort of due diligence on the company to be done before giving out the license, and as long as the bills are being paid, then the regulatory boards tend to stay out of the way.

Who Can Play at Slots Capital Casino

The good news? American players are almost all welcome at Slots Capital (along with any of the Deckmedia brands). Only players from the following States are banned:

  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana
  • Maryland
  • Missouri
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Washington

In a bizarre twist of fate, players from Canada and the UK, who are usually welcomed everywhere in the online gaming world, cannot access this casino for real money. Here’s the full list of restricted countries:

  • Afghanistan
  • Azerbaijan
  • Bangladesh
  • Belarus
  • Canada
  • Cayman Islands
  • Colombia
  • Estonia
  • Finland
  • Indonesia
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Israel
  • Kazakhstan
  • Kyrgyzstan
  • Lebanon
  • Mexico
  • Moldova
  • Netherlands Antilles
  • Pakistan
  • Philippines
  • Puerto Rico
  • Singapore
  • Syria
  • Tajikistan
  • Turkmenistan
  • S. Virgin Islands
  • Uzbekistan
  • United Kingdom

Software Suppliers

Deckmedia have contracts with multiple casino software vendors, which they use in various combinations to power their different casino brands. For Slots Capital, the company has chosen to use Rival Gaming. Rival has been around for many years in the online casino space, and their games are slots-focused even though they offer a full suite of games. The games themselves are built with excellent graphics detail and are robust from a speed perspective. The Rival Gaming casino games are available for play in three different ways: a full download version of the game, standard PC browser access and a suite of mobile browser-friendly games.

The Good Stuff and the Bad

  • Slots Catalog is fantastic
  • Website Design

  • No Table Games promotions
  • Withdrawal T&C

Slots Catalog is fantastic

As you will read further down this review, the selection of Rival Gaming is of particular note to slots players. With over 100 games to choose from, including the very innovative i-Slots games, the casino is catering to a very loyal demographic. If they can attract a slots player, they are likely to keep them as a player for longer with great content.

Add into the mix the Jackpot games offered by Rival at Slots Capital, and you have yourself an excellent option for the fans of the reels.

Website Design

Recently, the folks at Deckmedia decided to spend a little time and money on the website of Slots Capital. I could not be happier with the results; a much cleaner, modern look than their old site, but more importantly It is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for quickly.  That is the whole point, isn’t it?  The company doesn’t want you to be bogged down trying to find information when you could head right to the games!

No Table Games promotions

I will say that while I play all games when I am reviewing a casino if I am given a choice, I tend to play Table Games more than anything else. I am a huge lover of Blackjack and Roulette, and over the years of both playing and reviewing online casinos, I have come across some excellent promotions and bonuses that are tailored specifically for those games. Sadly, no such offers exist at Slots Capital.

Now, I know the casino is slots-driven (just look at the name), but with a Deckmedia marketing department that manages all their brands, there must be someone who can throw together a quick leaderboard promotion. At any rate, I sent their team an email explaining just that, and who knows maybe they will come back with something that appeals to us Table Games enthusiasts.

Withdrawal T&C

I don’t like when a casino forces you to leave money in your account after playing. Here’s the rule from Slots Capital that I object to:

Following the redemption of a bonus, if the player wishes to make a withdrawal which is greater than their deposit, they must have an amount greater than the sum of the deposit + bonus. For example, if a player makes a purchase US$100 and receives a bonus of US$100, then requests a withdrawal of US$190, this will result in US$190 being returned to the player’s casino account. The player will only be able to withdraw again once their balance either exceeds US$200 or when the promotion is removed.

I am all for not having people trying to take advantage of a casino’s bonus and then skipping out, but with so many other restrictions placed on the wagering when the bonus is in play, I think Slots Capital can take it a little easier on this rule.

Game Selection

As we mentioned earlier, the fact that Deckmedia has chosen Rival to power Slots Capital Casino means that they are really focused on bringing slot players to the site. The Rival games are excellent, and the I-Slots lead the way. While they may not have focused as much on their table games, the overall casino experience is excellent.

Slots Capital’s slot catalog can be split into three distinct categories: i-Slots, Traditional Slots, and 3 Reel Games.

Slots Capital Casino players are lucky to be able to play these great slot titles. I-Slots feature second screens that take characters in the game through a story, and along the way the player gets to play skill-based bonus games for extra spins and coins. As far as I am concerned these games are what set Rival apart from their competition, which isn’t easy to do in this very competitive landscape.

I-Slots are a major game changer in the slots industry, as skill based games continue to become more and more popular, especially with younger players. Deckmedia knows this, and as a result, these games that feature stories and a “skill” component should be a nice draw for new casino players.

Here’s what you can find in the i-Slots category at Slots Capital:

Three Reel Slots

These games are what land based casino players may categorize as “traditional” slots games. With three reels and the traditional pay lines, these games will bring you back to a time when you would swing into a smoky casino late at night to try to sober up in front of your favorite machine. Here’s the list of 3 Reel games at Slots Capital:

  • Diamond Dazzle
  • Dollars to Donuts
  • Five Times Wins
  • MegaWins
  • Pistols & Roses

Video Poker

The Rival Gaming video poker lineup isn’t exactly inspiring, but it is good enough to keep a degenerate like me interested…for a few hours at a time haha. You’ll find the traditional variants at Slots Capital:

  • Aces and Faces
  • Deuces and Joker
  • Deuces Wild
  • Double Joker
  • Jacks or Better
  • Joker Poker
  • Tens or Better

Table Games

Similarly to their Video Poker library, the Table Games area of the Slots Capital lobby is a little bare. Don’t get me wrong, there are all the classic games here, but I have seen many more variants of games at other U.S. – facing casinos, which may make you alter your decision to play here. Have a look at what I mean when you see the list of Table Games below:

  • Caribbean Stud Poker
  • 3 Card Poker
  • Baccarat
  • Blackjack
  • Multi-hand Blackjack
  • Casino Battle
  • Craps
  • Pai Gow Poker
  • Red Dog
  • Ride’Em Poker
  • American Roulette
  • European Roulette

Specialty Games

Ok, I wouldn’t spend a lot of time reviewing the Specialty Games section of an online casino…but in this case, I have to mention that I played their addictive Box Sudoku game for much longer than I had planned. It’s a great break from the classic casino games so if you think you are good Sudokuer (is that even a word?) then you should give it a try!

Slots Capital Specialty Games

  • Keno
  • Box Sudoku Game
  • Vegas Jackpot Keno
  • 30 Ball Bingo
  • 80 Ball Bingo
  • American Bingo
  • European Bingo
  • Scratch and Win

Slots Capital Banking Methods

Most U.S.-facing casinos have to go through the same issues when it comes to payment processing. Since 2006, it has become harder and harder each year to find a processor willing to take the risk of accepting U.S. traffic, and with fewer options come higher costs. Many sites are trying to move their players to Bitcoin as a solution, but Slots Capital hasn’t gotten that far yet, opting instead for the more traditional methods available.

Deposit Methods

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Skrill
  • Neteller
  • EcoPayz

Withdrawal Methods

  • Check
  • Wire transfer
  • Skrill
  • Neteller
  • Ecopayz

Comp Program

The Slots Capital Comp program is similar to most online casinos. After locating the details on it, which I had to find on their FAQ page, it seems to be a standard set of earning points for playing real money games. For every $1 wagered for real money on their games, players receive one Comp point, which can be redeemed at a rate of $1 for every 1,000 points.

VIP Program

The VIP Program at Slots Capital is one part transparent and one part secretive. For some reason, the company doesn’t want to let the public know all the benefits of being a VIP at their casino. However, they do give us some information, so we will pass that along to you.

The VIP Program has four levels; with each of these levels comes a higher level of rewards. Here’s how Slots Capital describe it:

Belong to a family where you will always feel important and respected. Our VIP players are pampered with exclusive free money, huge bonuses, and the highest care. Play the best online Slots and join the Slots Capital VIP Club!

Our most loyal customers will be rewarded with the most amazing benefits, incentives, and exclusive promotions!

Enjoy amazing weekly and monthly promotions, unbeatable comp point ratesfree gifts from the Managerlow rollover tokensunlimited Cashback and many other special benefits!

To be eligible to join Slots Capital’s VIP Club you must have an active account and registered for a minimum of 30 days. Furthermore, in order to join the club, we require that you send in your security documents.

Why to join?

It is important that you know that from the first minute you sign up to Slots Capital, you will be a member of a trusting family. We want you to be happy, content and excited to play our games.
Slots Capital offers the most beautiful online slots and the highest bonuses. Our VIP players enjoy an extraordinary attention from us, and are handled as family members.

We surprise our most loyal players with unique and personal bonus offers, special promotions and tailor made gifts.

Slots Capital VIP Table Game Bonuses

I like that they want to take care of all levels of players with some of these bonuses; many casinos can focus too much on the higher levels rather than ensuring all their players are treated like VIPs.

Customer Service

You can reach the Slots Capital customer care team 24/7 via their live chat feature or via their dedicated customer service email address. They also have a toll-free telephone customer service line, but I cannot confirm that it is available 24 hours a day at this point.

Would I Play at Slots Capital Casino?

Personally, I would have a hard time playing with my own money at this casino. This decision is purely a personal one; I like playing Blackjack and Video Poker too much to be limited by the few options available at Slots Capital.

Having said that, if you are a slots player or don’t care about Table Games with all the bells and whistles, then I would say you are going to have an enjoyable time playing the Rival Gaming casino games at Slots Capital. I would definitely recommend the casino to anyone looking for an exciting slots experience.
