In researching the casino for this review, one theme that seemed consistent across the board was that the quality of the customer service at Rizk Casino could be vastly improved. Many forum sites feature posts from angry players who felt that their customer service experience was horrid. Now, I cannot make the same claim – the one time I accessed their live chat, the person on the other end seemed pleasant enough. However, my issue wasn’t all that tough to solve, so maybe that helped my case.
It seems the biggest complaint isn’t with speed of response, but in the attitude of the agents themselves. To the credit of the casino, it seems they are watching these sites and responding to the complaints directly in the forums. However, if the root cause isn’t dealt with, then I am not sure how much apologizing after the fact is going to resonate with players.
Small Welcome Bonus
Look, I get it: the casino is focused on getting you in the door and rewarded for even the smallest amount of play when you have made your deposit. I was shocked when I started researching the table games available at Rizk Casino. Unlike so many of their competitors, who list dozens of different games and variants, there are only a few tables to choose from at this casino. I suppose it fits with their theme of trying to find the more social player, but as someone who loves to play different table games in one casino session, it was pretty disappointing to see. The casino does have a robust Live Dealer section which compensates for the lack of digital Table Games, but with this many software partners, I am hopeful that Rizk will start to add more of the high-quality games to their stable.

We discussed the issues that the Rizk Casino Customer Service department has had in our Bad Stuff section. While the casino works to address these problems, at least we can tell you that their agents are available 24 hours a day. The company leans heavily on their Live Chat functionality, and they also offer a support email (although it was harder to find on the site than I would have liked). The company does not have a telephone option right now, although if they are having issues with their Live Chat agents, then I wouldn’t want to speak to those folks on the phone anyway.
Would I Play at Rizk Casino?
There is no question that I would spend my money with Rizk Casino. I absolutely love what they have done to be progressive from a comp and VIP program. While I am not too sure about the superhero theme, this has no effect on my gameplay. The management has clearly gone above and beyond to bring a wealth of software providers together to offer players the best-of-breed slots action; the Table Games do leave a little to be desired.
