Okay, I have to get something out of the way before I get too deep into my review of this casino. I cannot stand the name – I know it is designed with German players in mind, but man, this is a mouthful. I am going to put this aside for the review of the site itself, but those of you who read my reviews know that I am nothing if not brutally honest. What matters more to me, of course, is that the casino behind this name offers enough for me to want to recommend it to you. I am going to look under the hood and see if what I find is worthy of our time. As always, my reviews are completely independent, so you know that what you read is unbiased and has players in mind. I am excited to review the casino myself, as I have heard some good feedback about the company. Keep on reading to see what I found.

This casino is a relatively new player in the marketplace, having launched in 2015. This tends to give me a bit of concern, as I like to see sites that have been in business without issue for five years before I can give them a very high rating. I will try to keep an open mind about these guys, as I haven’t read anything too damaging about them on any player forums.

The owners of this site look to be a company called Cognita Technologies Ltd, and they have farmed out their operations to the white label operation provider SkillOnNet. Knowing this information gives me a little more confidence in the future for the company, as SkillOnNet has a good track record with their business model.

DrueckGlueck Casino has a license under the master gaming license owned by SkillOnNet. This license is provided by the Malta Gaming Authority, which is another good sign for my readers and potential players. The Malta regulator is very hard on casinos that do not properly protect player funds, so you should feel a little more comfortable that your deposit is not going to disappear (aside from at the tables and slots, of course).

Who Can Play at DrueckGlueck Casino?

Well, you probably knew this was coming. Due to the combative nature of the gaming industry in that country and the restrictions placed upon this operator by the Malta Gaming Authority, players from the United States are not allowed to play at DrueckGlueck Casino. They are added to a long list of countries that are also not allowed to create real money accounts, including the following.

  • Australia
  • Belgium
  • Cyprus
  • Denmark
  • France
  • Hungary
  • Israel
  • Italy
  • Mexico
  • Romania
  • Spain
  • Turkey
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

Software Suppliers

Well, for those of you who are reading this who can actually create a real money account, DrueckGlueck Casino has created a fantastic offering for you. It starts with a great roster of software suppliers who have been tapped to deliver content to the site. For me, whenever a casino uses multiple vendors, it is a sign that it cares about keeping players as loyal as possible. By providing popular games from many sources, there is far less chance of losing players who prefer one provider over another.

Have a look at the software choices you will have at your fingertips when you create an account at DrueckGlueck Casino.

  • Amaya Software
  • Bally Technologies
  • Barcrest
  • Evolution Gaming
  • Extreme Live Gaming
  • Merkur Gaming
  • Net Entertainment
  • NextGen
  • Random Logic Software
  • SG Interactive
  • Skill on Net
  • WMS

The Good Stuff

JACKPOTS GALORE!!!!

Putting that in capital letters is not a typo. I don’t think I have ever reviewed a casino that has so many jackpots available to be won. At the time of writing this review, I was watching DrueckGlueck Casino’s ticker climb towards 25 million Euro in total progressive jackpots. That is a crazy amount of money to be won, so why not give these games a shot? It is the first place I stopped on my review of the site, and further down you will find out if I was a big jackpot winner! (Spoiler alert: I was not.)

Excellent Website Design

I am very impressed with the layout of the DrueckGlueck website. At first, I was a bit concerned about what I was going to find, as there are a lot of animated characters to be seen. However, while they are part of the design, they weren’t a bother, and the information was laid out on clean, easy-to-navigate pages. Seriously, there are a lot of casino owners who need to look at this site and make some changes to their design.

Multiple Software Providers

I just talked about it above, but I have to mention again how great it is to see those names. For those of you who have played some of the games offered by NetEnt and Evolution, you will know the quality you will find at DrueckGlueck Casino. I love the mix of large and small vendors and those that have special niches like Extreme Live Gaming, who focus only on live dealer games. I will review the game selection in more detail later on in this review.

The Bad Stuff

Where Is the Info on the VIP Program?

A disturbing trend in casinos that have been launched in the last few years is a lack of transparency when it comes to the VIP program. For many real money players, the rewards given by a site to their VIPs acts as motivation to reach certain levels of play. Without knowing what you are going to get, how can you decide how much effort you should put into playing the games? More on this later in the review.

Why Is the Support Team Leaving the Office?

Sigh. I wish I didn’t have to write this part of any review. As far as I am concerned, if a company offers their products in a live environment 24 hours a day, then they should also offer support for the same hours. DrueckGlueck Casino, however, seems to have a different opinion on the topic. Their live chat support is only available until midnight GMT and reopens at 8 am. I don’t know about you, but I know a lot of online casino players who play well into the early hours of the morning, and these people would not be pleased to find out that there isn’t an agent available to deal with any issues at that time.

Game Selection

I created an account with DrueckGlueck Casino without any issue and was able to make a deposit on the first try (you would be surprised how difficult that can be). With everything in order, it was time to sit down for a long playing session. My testing sessions can last for hours, mainly because I want to cover every section of the casino for my readers. However…I am also a huge fan of casino gambling, so the testing sessions are also a bit selfish in that I get to try to win some cash!

Before I even chose my first game to play, I was struck by the options in the casino lobby. With hundreds of games to select, having a large number of filters is an excellent way to make decisions easier on a player. Typically, I see filters based on the type of game or the vendor, but I also found filters for minimum and maximum bets, volatility, and slots themes. This is one of the most detailed lobbies I have ever found during my time as a reviewer. Now, let’s get on to the games beyond the filters!

Video Poker

I like to settle in for a good session of video poker while I am reviewing a site. The game offers some variance (I have to choose what cards to hold) while playing quickly like a slot machine. There are a ton of different variants of video poker in the casino world, but unfortunately, there aren’t that many in the DrueckGlueck Casino lobby. The options you do get all come in multi-hand formats, all the way up to playing 100 hands at a time! I recommend you try those games out, as they are completely insane, especially if you get to hold a couple of wild cards in each hand!

Here are the options for video poker games.

  • Aces and Faces
  • Jacks or Better
  • Joker Poker
  • Deuces Wild
  • 2 Ways Royal
  • Double Bonus Poker
  • Multistrike Poker

Table Games

Okay, if I am going to give DrueckGlueck Casino a pass for their minimal selection of video poker, they need to make up for it with their table games.

Damnit.

I don’t get it…with so many great software companies to choose from for their content, why are some of the traditional table games missing from the lobby? At first, I was hopeful that the games were mislabeled somewhere, but a quick use of the search functionality revealed that this operator simply didn’t add some games to the lobby. Games that I traditionally like to play, like Caribbean Stud and Pai Gow Poker, are nowhere to be found. I am hopeful that this is due to me being situated in a country where some software companies restrict their games, but I am not too sure that is the case.

At any rate, there are a few RNG table games available, such as:

  • Blackjack
  • Punto Banco
  • Roulette

Live Casino

Oh…I get it now. This casino is far more focused on the live casino than the digital version. Now, this doesn’t fully make up for some games being missing, but I am thrilled to point out that there are no less than 3 different providers of live dealer games in the DrueckGlueck Casino lobby!

Those of you who are fans of live dealer games like I am know that the more options you have for tables and dealers, the better the offering. With three distinctly different looks from NetEnt, Extreme Live Gaming, and Evolution Gaming, you are able to pick from tables being streamed from multiple studios across Europe. For me, Evolution is still the leader in the space, but I like what the other companies have done to be competitive.

If you are ready to have a dealer live streamed into your living room (don’t worry, they can’t see you in your underwear), you can select from these games.

  • Blackjack
  • Baccarat
  • Roulette
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Caribbean Stud Poker

Slots

It is finally time for me to hit the slots room. This is where you will find the most content in most casinos, and this is no different at DrueckGlueck Casino. The point of having so many different vendors under contract is to be able to display as many different slots looks to players as possible, and this casino does not disappoint. We already talked about the crazy amount of jackpots available to be won (and yes, I have left them all intact for you even after a lengthy playing session). From classic fruit and number 3-reel games to the most graphically-intense content and cross-branding from the entertainment world, you are going to have no issue finding a game to choose from the over 600 titles. Here is a very small sample of some of my favorites from the lobby.

  • Evening with Holly Madison
  • The Quest for the Grail
  • Blood Lore: Vampire Clan
  • CasinoMeister 20-line
  • Cirque Du Soleil Kooza
  • Doctor Love on Vacation
  • Elvis: King Lives
  • Epic Monopoly II
  • Red Riding Hood
  • Fortunes of the Amazons
  • Judge Dredd
  • King Kong Island
  • Legend White Buffalo
  • Mega Moolah Isis
  • Monopoly House Down
  • Rich Wilde
  • Call to Arms
  • Gladiator of Rome
  • Star Trek
  • Terminator 2
  • Shangri-La Cluster Pays
  • The Wizard of Oz
  • Universal Monsters
  • Warlords: Crystals
  • Wild Wild West
  • Wishing You Fortune
  • Wish Upon a Jackpot
  • Wonder Woman Gold
  • Zeus God of Thunder
  • …and so many more!

Promotions

I am somewhat torn on the game selection offered by DrueckGlueck Casino, so I turned my attention to the promotions area of the website. I am hoping that the offers are so good here that I can forget how few table games are in the lobby for me. To be competitive, a casino needs to have a good array of static and dynamic offers for its players. I am going to look at a couple of the current offers in detail in this review.

Welcome Bonus

One look at the welcome bonus at this casino, and I can already tell what type of player the site is focused on attracting. The offer is a 100% match bonus up to a maximum of $100, plus 50 free spins. This is clearly designed to bring in a low-stakes player, which may explain why some of the table games are missing.

A quick check of the terms and conditions uncovers a wagering requirement of 30x the total of the deposit and the bonus. This isn’t the worst I have seen, so the site gets a pass this time.

Free Spins for a Year

Yes, you read that right. DrueckGlueck Casino offers a deposit bonus that gives you free spins for a year! This was part of a TV campaign the casino ran, so there needed to be a compelling offer attached. However, is this “too good to be true” like so many other offers on TV?

The full offer is a 50% deposit bonus to a maximum of $50 and free spins for a year. I looked into the terms of this offer, as there were no other details on the promo page itself. Here is what I found:

  • This offer is only available for the very first deposit of a user. Only one of these offers can be claimed.
  • A successful deposit with bonus code TV50 needs to be made to be eligible for free spins for a year.
  • Requirements: Minimum deposit is €50, maximum bonus is €100.
  • Benefits: Free Spins for a year + 50% Bonus
  • The weekly 10 free spins will be given either Thursdays or Fridays.
  • Winnings from free spins given weekly are limited to a maximum amount of €100.
  • Standard Bonus terms and conditions apply.

Given the other welcome bonus, I would select this one if given a choice. However, if you have already taken the site up on the standard offer, then I am sorry to tell you that you cannot benefit from these free spins.

Slots Tournaments

A slot tournament is a great way to get action from a group of players without having them unload real money with every spin. I am a big fan of these events, as I am not much of a slots player. Playing for a certain period of time for one fee (or no fee for the freeroll events!) gives me the rush of spinning the reels…and this inevitability sends me to the real money slots for a few spins as well.

The full list of available tournaments can be found in the DrueckGlueck Casino lobby when you log into your account.

Banking

A site that is clearly focused on small-depositing players has to have many options available for payments. This is not an issue at DrueckGlueck Casino, as you can see from the list below. I am happy to see that there are no delays in payouts, as the site claims to be able to speed your money to you in as little as 24 hours. There are fees depending on which method you choose, so head to the cashier to see all your options.

VIP Program

The VIP program at a casino is the place where loyal players can find the best rewards, gifts, and bonuses available exclusively to them. DrueckGlueck Casino has a VIP tab at the top of their website, which was a good indicator to me that it takes VIPs seriously. However, when I clicked on that link, there wasn’t much in the way of information.

Here is what I do know: the program has six levels to it, with the two highest levels reserved to invitation only. You earn VIP points by playing the real money games, and with each level achieved, you should, in theory, receive a much better set of rewards. After that, the information is scarce, and the text on the site is rather generic. I wish sites would just post what the rewards are for each level like in so many other industries. This part of the site is a disappointment to me.

Customer Service

Customer service at an online casino can cause a lot of frustration for players. Imagine that you are in the middle of a game and something happens to the site – you would want to be able to contact someone right away, especially when you are dealing with sums of real money that belong to you! I have read too many forum posts about poor service from the online casino industry, so I am someone who is constantly trying to find the best support possible for my readers.

DrueckGlueck Casino, however, does not seem to understand the need to be available 24/7 for its players. The support section of the website is very thorough, starting with a Frequently Asked Questions section that has the answers to a couple dozen general questions about the site and games.

If you need to contact the casino, there are many methods to choose from, but don’t expect anyone to answer the phone in the middle of the night. Apparently, the site doesn’t feel the need to offer live help 24 hours a day, which I think is unacceptable.

On the site, there are links to live chat and email, along with a telephone number if you want to hear the sound of a reassuring voice on the other end of the line. I applaud the DrueckGlueck Casino for still having a telephone option – despite advances in communication, there are still many players who like to pick up the phone.

Alternatively, you can follow the casino on Facebook and Twitter, both of which serve as a front-line customer service center as well. Post something on their page, and I suspect you will get a response very quickly, especially in the middle of the night when you can’t reach them by phone or live chat.

Would I Play at DrueckGlueck Casino?

There is a lot to like about this casino. The design of the site is excellent, making it easy to find the information you are looking for without issue. However, some games are missing that I feel are necessary to attract loyal table games players. I like the promotions the site is running, even if they are on the small side.

I would like to give the site props for their VIP program, except I don’t know enough about it to rate it properly. And don’t get me started on the support department…not having 24/7 coverage for players is very weak for 2019.

Overall, if you are a slots player who isn’t too worried about needing to contact the casino, then this is definitely a site for you to check out. However, if you are a more established player who is looking for value in bonuses and loyalty programs, then I suggest you read some of my other reviews to see if there is a site that works better for you.
