So, you’ve heard about this online casino offering huge bonuses without wagering requirements, and you’re keen to find out if it’s true or all a pack of lies?

Well, you’re in the right place. This Club Player Casino review is going to unpack each and every claim made by this site and assess it under the bright, burning light of truth. As with all the other reviews, you’ll find here, this one will leave no stone unturned and will cover all of the crucial elements any potential player might be concerned with.

If you’re wondering if you can trust this review, I urge you to take a look around and see how many other casinos I have put in the doghouse for their policies and treatment of players. Alternatively, keep reading, and you’ll see that both the pros and cons of Club Player Casino are touched upon.

How do you think this site got to be number one? By delivering what our readers want – the truth about online casinos. It isn’t rocket science!

About Club Player Casino

Club Player Casino has been online since 2004 and is part of the Virtual Casino Group, which operated eight online casino brands in total. It’s had a rocky past, but it’s under new management and is roaring back to life and regaining credibility, paying out thousands of players and sorting out some of the previously reported problems like slow payouts.

Since then, it’s accumulated a large slice of the market, especially since it accepts USA players, who find themselves locked out of most casinos online.

This is an RTG-powered casino offering a solid variety of video slots, table and card games, and video poker. There are a few novelty games thrown in for good measure, too.

As far as licenses go, this site holds one from Costa Rica.

So, can you trust Club Player Casino and is it worth playing at? Let’s find out.

Who Can Play at Club Player Casino?

If you’re from Africa, Asia, or the Middle East, there’s a good chance you won’t be able to play at this casino. China and Japan are exceptions to that rule.

As for all of the European and Western countries, Club Player Casino is open for business. That includes the USA and Australia, which have been banned from most casinos in recent times. While US players are accepted, players from Maryland and New York won’t be able to play.

You can see a full list of the restricted territories in the terms and conditions on the site.

Software Suppliers

All of the games at Club Player Casino are powered by RTG. This is an exclusive deal, and you won’t find any other software on this site.

RTG has been around for a long time, basically since online casino gaming began, and has some great games.

The Good Stuff

Fantastic Bonuses

I’m rarely impressed with casino bonuses once I dig down into the terms and conditions, but Club Player Casino has delivered several truly impressive bonuses.

Lots of the bonuses available here come with no wagering requirements and no maximum cash-outs, making them well worth taking.

There are also plenty of bonuses available for both new and existing players. Bravo, Club Player Casino!

Open to Worldwide Players

If you’re from the USA, Australia, or some European countries, you may be used to being locked out of online casinos.

You won’t find those restrictions in place here. Players from most countries are welcome.

That’s not to say there are no restricted territories, because there are, but it just isn’t the usual ones. This casino is open to players from almost every Western country.

Bitcoin Accepted

I always like to give casinos credit when they accept my favorite payment method. Bitcoin transactions are so fast and secure as compared to many others that I always use them when possible.

It’s great to see Club Player Casino accepting BTC. This makes moving money in and out 100% hassle-free.

The Bad Stuff

No Sports Betting

This is a pure casino, meaning if you like to bet on football or any other sports, you’ll have to do so elsewhere.

This might not be a big deal to you, but I thought I would mention it since I’m one of those players who likes to dabble in sports betting, too.

Possible Slow Payouts

This won’t be the case with every payout method, but this casino does state in its terms and conditions that payouts can take up to 10 days to clear.

It seems that in most cases, this won’t happen, but it could be frustrating if it did.

Game Selection

Game

It’s a rare casino that can cater to every type of player, but Club Player Casino comes close. It doesn’t have the most extensive range of games I’ve ever seen, but it is a well-rounded selection, and most players will find something to sink their teeth into here.

Keep in mind that all the games, in every category, and powered by RTG. That’s not a bad thing, but it’s something to note. Most casinos work with multiple software providers, but Club Player Casino has decided to work exclusively with RTG.

Poker

There are no worldwide showdowns at the poker tables or anything of that sort at Club Player Casino. However, you will be able to play some casino poker games against the house.

Your choices include:

  • Tri Card Poker
  • Let ‘Em Ride
  • Pai Gow Poker
  • Three Card Rummy

These are all RTG-powered games and are standard in terms of quality. They play nicely with no interruptions or freezes.

Betting starts at £1 per hand and goes up to £250 for the high rollers. You can also check them out in free-play mode if you want to test the waters. I like this and always give a casino credit for offering games in demo mode.

Video Poker

Video poker used to be considered the game of old men puffing cigars at casinos and “hardcore” gamblers in pubs and bookmakers’ shops. That’s not the case any longer.

Video poker has undergone a revival since online casinos came about, and it’s now one of the best-loved games. Still, most casinos only throw in a handful of the most popular variants.

The offering at Club Player Casino isn’t massive, but it will suffice for most. Games include:

  • Jacks or Better
  • All American
  • Joker Poker
  • Double Jackpot Poker
  • Double Double Bonus Poker
  • Bonus Deuces Wild
  • Pick ‘Em Poker
  • Sevens Wild
  • Loose Deuces
  • Mystery Bonus Poker

These games are roughly the same as thousands of other video poker games online. You won’t notice anything remarkable (either good or bad) about them, which is a good thing.

The games load quickly, but a few times, I changed my betting limit and the game reloaded. This is an unnecessary annoyance and could be smoothed out quite easily with a little program tweaking.

You can play with a “fun balance” or can bet between £1-£25 per hand. If you want to play for fun, scroll over the game thumbnail and click “practice.”

Table Games

Some card and table games trace their roots back to medieval times, and they haven’t changed much since. Of course, the knights and kings of those times would have a good laugh if you tried to explain the digital versions of them, but that’s progress for you.

I’m still a big fan of digital versions of these classic casino games, and I’m glad to see the best-known ones offered here. I wouldn’t exactly say there is a huge selection, but the important games are covered, and most players will be satisfied.

Your options include:

  • Baccarat
  • Craps
  • Face Up 21
  • European Blackjack
  • Suit ‘Em Up
  • Super 21
  • Perfect Pairs Blackjack
  • Pontoon
  • Match Play 21
  • American Roulette
  • European Roulette
  • French Roulette
  • Multiplayer Roulette

As with the other games above, everything is on the up and up. My only criticism is that some of them look dated, with blurry, pixelated tables, for example. Nonetheless, they run smoothly and are fair.

As with the other game categories, you can play these with a “fun balance” of $1,000 given by the casino.

If you want to bet for real money, bets start at £5, which might be a little high for some, and the upper limit on most of them is £15. This seems a little odd to me since most other casinos are offering minimum bets for pennies and maximum bets in the hundreds.

Slots

If you’ve ever seen the words “BIG WIN!” flash across your screen, you’ll already understand why slots are the main game at most online casinos. There’s no rush quite like it, and slots have turned more than one penny player into a millionaire since they came online.

Club Player Casino offers a decent selection of games from RTG. It isn’t a massive range, but you won’t get bored quickly, either.

I recommend enjoying a few spins on the following:

  • King of Swing
  • Mystic Dragon
  • MYOW
  • Texan Tycoon
  • Cleopatra’s Gold
  • Boy King’s Treasure
  • Goblin’s Treasure
  • Dream Run
  • Happy Golden Ox
  • Hidden Riches
  • Cai Hong
  • Ritchie Valens
  • Eagle Shadow Fist
  • Shanghai Lights
  • Fantasy Mission Force
  • Fu Chi
  • Asgard
  • Swindle All the Way
  • Double Bubble II
  • Dragon Orb
  • Food Fight
  • The Three Stooges
  • Jazz Time
  • Sevens and Stripes

I love that it’s possible to play these and the many other games available in demo mode. This is a great way to check out the various features and jackpots before deciding which one(s) to play for real money.

RTG slots can be hit or miss, but if you stick with the above games, you’ll be playing the best of them.

Other Games

A few novelty games are available if you fancy switching off and just having some fun for a while. Your choices include:

  • Keno
  • Treasure Three

Promotions

Promos

I rarely say this, but some of the offers available here are truly awesome. I’m always a skeptic (read my other reviews to see how harsh I can be), but after investigating the huge range of bonuses available here, I can’t find anything fishy about them.

No matter what type of player you are, you will find something huge on offer here. Lots of them are unlimited, and some have no wagering requirements or maximum cash-outs, either, which is better than what many competitor casinos are offering.

Welcome Bonus

All new players are entitled to an unlimited 450% welcome bonus. That’s giant by common standards and is well worth looking closer at.

You’ll need to use the bonus code 450CLUB if you want to claim this.

The wagering requirements are 30x on most games, but they increase to 60x if you play table games or video poker using the bonus cash.

The maximum cash-out clause states that you can’t withdraw more than 10x the bonus amount, and you can never withdraw the bonus amount itself.

These terms do make this offer more restrictive than it first seems, but it’s still a heck of an offer, and I would claim it since it’s free casino cash, whatever way you look at it.

Lucky Chip Thursdays

If you deposit $100 on a Thursday, you can claim a free $200 chip.

There are no game restrictions when playing with this bonus. However, 30x wagering terms will apply. These increase to 60x if you play table games or video poker.

The minimum deposit required is $100, and the maximum allowed bonus is $200.

This offer does what it says on the tin and is an attractive proposition, for sure.

Reload Bonuses

Several reload bonuses are available. Some these have no wagering requirements, which makes them extra attractive. Check out the following:

  • The Headspinner reload bonus is for slots and keno players. It’s a 330% reload bonus, and you’ll need the code SLOTS330 to claim it. The minimum deposit required is $50, and there are no wagering requirements. There is no maximum cash-out clause, either.
  • The Green Felt reload bonus is for those of you who love table games. It’s a 200% reload bonus, and you’ll need the bonus code ALLOWED200 to claim this. The minimum deposit required is $50, there are no wagering requirements, and there’s no maximum cash-out clause.
  • The Skyrocketer is the biggest reload bonus of all and is for slots, keno, bingo, and scratch card players. It’s a 650% bonus and can be redeemed using the bonus code BIGSLOTS650. This one has 30x wagering requirements, a 10x maximum cash-out clause, and you will need to deposit at least $50 to claim it.
  • The Go Wild reload bonus is for everyone and can be used in all games. It’s a 175% reload bonus with no wagering requirements. The minimum deposit required is $50, and the bonus code ALLGAMES175 is needed to redeem it. There is no maximum cash-out clause.
  • The VIP Exclusive reload bonus is worth 250% + 30% deposit insurance. The bonus code TOPVIP is needed, all games are allowed, and wagering requirements of 30x apply on table games and video poker only. The minimum deposit required is $50, and there’s no maximum cash-out clause.

I have to take my hat off to Club Player Casino. These are some seriously enticing bonuses! I recommend taking any of them, but especially the ones with no wagering requirements.

Club Player Lotto

Every time you make a deposit, you will earn one ticket to the next lotto draw, with prizes of $1,000 up for grabs.

While each deposit is worth one ticket, the amount you can win is based on a multiple of your deposit amount, so it’s best to just make deposits as normal, rather than trying to spread out a deposit over multiple deposits.

You can see when the next draw is and who the winners are under the “bonuses” section on the main menu.

Banking

There are a few ways to get your money both in and out of Club Player Casino, but there could be more, to be frank.

All of the withdrawal methods can be subject to a $40 fee, which I don’t like. That doesn’t mean all of them will be, but it does mean you have to be prepared to take that hit if you use wire transfers, for example, which is the method the live chat agent told me would be subject to this fee.

However, the terms and conditions state that the casino has up to 10 days to clear payments. This would anger me if I was waiting for a jackpot and had to wait the equivalent of two business weeks to get it. From what I read on forums, though, most times money does arrive faster than this.

I’m super happy to see Bitcoin being accepted here. Personally, this eliminates the need for all the others, as it’s the fastest and most secure way to move money around today. It’s still good to have other options, though, for those who may not be comfortable with using BTC yet.

VIP Program

vip

Club Player Casino has an easy-to-understand, well-structured VIP program. There are five levels, each with their own benefits, as follows:

  • 1 comp point for every $1,000 wagered

There are also some exclusive bonuses available for VIPs. These include:

375% No Rules Bonus

This is a deposit bonus which can be used on slots and keno only. It has no wagering requirements or maximum cash-out clauses attached. The minimum deposit required is $50. You’ll need the code VIP375 to claim this.

225% No Rules Bonus

This is another deposit match bonus. It can be claimed using the bonus code VIP225. There are no wagering requirements, and there’s no maximum cash-out amount. Better still, all games are allowed. A minimum deposit of $50 is required.

This is one of the best VIP programs I have seen, period. Just as with the bonuses, Club Player Casino blows most of the competition out of the water.

Customer Service

Email – If you aren’t in any particular rush, you can drop a line to [email protected] – expect a reply within 12 hours or so. This is a reasonable response time and is roughly what you can expect at most busy casinos on the web.

Telephone Hotline – If you’re one of the dying breeds who still believes in making a telephone call rather than digital communication, you’ll be pleased to know that you have that option at Club Player Casino.

There are numbers for both regular players and VIPs, as follows:

  • Regular Department – 1-800-406-9557
  • VIP Department – 1-855-648-3332

Live Chat – I got connected with a live chat operator called Jason within about 45 seconds. He was happy to answer my questions about the bonuses and banking methods. I found the service to be top-notch and walked away happy and with the answers, I came for.

All of these customer service options are available 24/7. This is how casino customer support should be.

Would I Play at Club Player Casino?

I deem Club Player Casino well worth a closer look.

It doesn’t have the biggest games selection you will have ever seen, and waiting up to 10 days for some payouts to clear could be frustrating, but as far as bonuses, VIP treatment, and customer service go, there are few other casinos out there which can touch this.

Better yet, most countries which are used to being excluded are accepted here, and crypto-enthusiasts will be pleased to know you can use Bitcoin to make deposits and withdrawals.

Don’t take my word for it. Check Club Player Casino out for yourself and see what I’m talking about.
